MetricStream - Senior Business Analyst - Risk & Compliance Domain

To be considered for this role you will be a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with confident and engaging stakeholder skills. You must have good exposure to GRC Domain. You will also demonstrate expertise across all core analysis competencies and have solid communication skills.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Experience with customer interaction, requirements gathering, gap analysis and sound understanding of the software development life cycle is a must

- Familiarity with the business processes of at least one of the verticals like Financial Services, Banking, Automotive, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare is a must

- Risk and Compliance domain expertise

- Excellent problem solving, presentation, written and oral communication skills

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of SQL and Javascript, a plus

- Experience as a functional consultant in one of the top ERP solutions (Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft), preferably in the Manufacturing and Financial domains is a plus

- Practical exposure to Agile frameworks and Scrum methodology

Personal Traits:

- Ability to deliver quality work products with pace

- Owning Functional Requirements and Front ending with customers (internal and external)

- Ability to quickly adapt to and meet the needs of a rapidly changing environment; hands-on approach as a Business Analyst is essential

- Should be able to utilize Time Management, Planning Skills & Organizing Skills in order to meet critical project milestones such as Functional Specification sign-off
