MetricStream - Associate Delivery Manager - GRC

10+ yrs. work experience in the Solutions organization designing and developing applications. In MetricStream you will report to the Head of India Operations. You will work closely with the Senior Solutions Manager, and a team of solutions engineers, MetricStream's customers, product management, Solutions and support organizations to develop and deliver high quality applications in GRC domain.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Interact with MetricStream's customers, product management and solutions & services organization.

- Write solution design documents. Review Requirements documents and provide feedback to Product Management and Solutions organization.

- Manage a team of solutions developers to develop applications that or of the highest quality and are delivered in a timely manner.

- Travel to customer locations; be responsible for end to end implementation of Solutions modules.

- Work closely with MetricStream's QA organization to help develop test cases.

- Write Application User Guides and prepare training material for MetricStream's customers.

- Interface with the US Solutions team and track all open issues to closure.

Experience & Skills:

- Proficiency in project planning, estimation and knowledge of tools like MS Project & some Agile Tools

- Experience in managing teams and should have managed teams of over 15-20

- Strong enterprise business application design and development experience.

- Strong knowledge of SQL, HTML, Relational databases and Data Modeling.

- Familiarity with diverse domain background GRC/Relevant and strong business knowledge

- Exposure to enterprise business applications such as ERP or CRM.

- Experience in reviewing architecture, and solutions (Is not required to be hands-on coder)

- Must be strong in SCRUM, and other Project Management Models. Must be thorough in Project Management Concepts.

- Must be able to deep-dive into solution, identify technical integrations necessary, and be able to juggle around the technical dependency.

- Experience in Managing different internal teams like QA, Developers, Business Analyst and external vendors.

- Must be able manage QA team, and plan for sufficient QA testing. Adept in making project plans.

- Strong experience in engaging customers and also negotiate with customer on the timelines, and other deliverables in such a way that s/he creates a win-win solution (for both the Project execution and Customer) Hands-on manager. Be able to know the project status and action plan in case of delays.

- Must have deployed at least 6 projects from start to end..

- Must be comfortable in Requirement Gathering, and interface with BA on this

Qualification & Personal Traits:

- Engineering degree in Computers, Information technology or any relevant.

- PMP certification

- Strong comprehension, analytical and problem solving skills

- Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal) are mandatory
