Job Responsibilities:

- Understanding business research objectives & designing market research to discover

prospective market preferences

- Collecting primary data on customer & consumers, competitors and market place and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations

- Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it - Analyze the MICRO and MACRO markets with respect to strategic issues, opportunities, market trends, competitor's perspective and other such high-level segments

- Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis

- Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations

- Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases

- Provide competitive analysis on various companies- market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation

- Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct

- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices

Job Description:

- Immediate reporting to Managers/ Team Lead/ Business Analyst

- Execute market research and consulting assignment/projects

- Overall team co-ordination with management trainees, research associate and senior research analyst/research manager

- Maintain and report, required documents to the research manager during, and at the end of the report

- Liaise with the research manager and marketing team with respect to marketing collaterals and deliverables when required

- Associate and analyst should complete one report in association with the research manager.

- However, should be able to multi-task as per client's requirements and projects

- Motivate and enhance the performance of associates through regular feedback, guidance and acquired knowledge

Qualification Required:

- Graduate with relevant technical discipline or technical expertise

- Post-Graduation in any discipline preferred, not required

- Any Experienced Preferred, not required

- Must know arithmetic and Numbers

- Good Observation & Analysis Skills
