Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Qualification :
- Proactively identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and effectively prioritize them for the closure team.
Sales Outreach :
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate interest and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Utilize effective communication skills to articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
CRM Management :
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation and demo scheduling activities.
Product Knowledge :
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Effectively communicate product benefits to both potential clients.
Collaboration :
- Collaborate with the closure team to share insights, feedback, and best practices.
- Work closely with marketing to align strategies for lead generation.
Metrics and Targets :
- Meet and exceed defined key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
Continuous Improvement :
- Actively seek feedback and participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in sales development and lead generation (2-4 years).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of the industry and market trends.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
