Role Overview:We are seeking a growth marketer who is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sustainable customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for a company. This role involves utilizing various marketing channels, such as digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and email marketing, to optimize the customer journey. You will analyze the data, conduct experiments, and identify key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize conversion funnels, and stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve and scale the company's user base. The goal is to achieve measurable business growth through innovative and effective marketing tactics.
Responsibilities:-
Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy that targets the right audience segments with personalized messaging and offers. This includes identifying the most effective channels for reaching potential customers interested in XR solutions.

Content Marketing for Lead Acquisition: Oversee the creation and distribution of high- quality, valuable content tailored to the interests and needs of the target audience. Use content to establish thought leadership and educate potential customers, driving lead generation through downloads, sign-ups, and inquiries.

Digital Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, search engines, email) to attract and capture leads. Focus on creating compelling ad copy, targeted landing pages, and conversion-optimized call-to- actions.

SEO and SEM for Lead Generation: Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase visibility in search engine results pages, driving organic and paid traffic to lead capture forms and landing pages.

Email Marketing Automation: Develop email marketing automation campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel. Segment email lists based on user behavior and engagement to deliver personalized messages that move leads closer to a sales-qualified status.

Social Media Engagement: Leverage social media platforms to engage with the target audience, share valuable content, and direct followers to lead generation opportunities. Use social listening tools to identify potential leads and engage in conversations that position the company as a solution provider.

Webinars and Virtual Events: Organize webinars and virtual events that showcase the company's XR solutions and expertise. Use these platforms to gather leads through registrations and engage with a highly interested audience in real-time.

Partnerships and Co-Marketing: Forge partnerships with complementary businesses and platforms to reach new audiences and generate leads through co-marketing efforts and joint ventures.

Analytics and Lead Scoring: Implement analytics and lead scoring systems to track, evaluate, and prioritize leads based on their engagement level and likelihood to convert. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and focus efforts on the highest potential leads.

CRM Integration and Management: Ensure seamless integration between marketing platforms and the CRM system to capture and manage leads efficiently. Use CRM data to tailor follow-up strategies and measure the effectiveness of lead generation activities.
- Feedback Loop with Sales: Establish a strong feedback loop with the sales team to ensure leads are properly qualified and to gain insights into the lead conversion process. Use this feedback to continuously optimize marketing strategies for better lead quality and conversion rates.
By orienting the Growth Marketer's responsibilities towards generating MQLs, the role becomes crucial in building a strong pipeline of potential customers for the XR company. This focus ensures that marketing efforts are directly tied to measurable business outcomes, such as increased sales and revenue growth.
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience: 6-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving tangible results.
