Enterprise Sales Manager


Responsibilities:

- Identify opportunities for growth, formulate business expansion strategies and develop sales strategies to acquire new clients

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales process.

- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining a robust sales pipeline

- Respond to client questions and concerns, follow up on quotations.

- Assist in the completion of RFPs for the purpose of obtaining new projects.

- Engage in research for the purpose of expanding personal and Company knowledge of industry trends, best practices, marketing and sales, etc.

- Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the Sales Department

- Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance

- Ensure provision of proper after sales support and services to clients

- Meet and exceed monthly sales quota through outbound leads - strategically selling the company's various propositions to new prospects in a consultative manner

- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, solution proposing, presentation, negotiating and closing

- Build cross functional relationships within the prospect in order to penetrate the account further by focusing on director/ C-level engagement

- Consistently achieve license and recurring service revenue targets

- Offering proactive solutions to improve the performance of key metrics.

- Identifying opportunities of additional revenue generation, lead creation for upselling other services provided by the organization.

- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development and improvement ideas

- Collaborate with marketing team to develop Enterprise lead generation plans

Requirements:

- Experience in Product, Platform sales

- Engineering or/and MBA from a reputed college

- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

- Candidates with prior experience in dealing with/ sales experience in the automotive industry would be preferred.

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

- Demonstrated excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

- Demonstrated excellent client relations, interpersonal and communication skills, through which you can influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

- Monitoring sales and market trends within specific industries

- Coordinating delivery of product or services

- Understanding pricing strategies

- Prior experience in handling ASEAN region
