Role Description:
An Account Executive is expected to establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and addressing any issues that arise. Develop and implement account plans and strategies to drive sales growth and maximise revenue opportunities. Monitor and analyze clients' business performance and recommend solutions to optimize their operations, leveraging the company's products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts, presenting relevant solutions that add value to clients' businesses.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring adherence to established company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success to address clients' needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Regularly provide updates on account status, including sales forecasts, pipeline management, and client feedback.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to better understand clients' business landscape and provide valuable insights.
- Participate in account review meetings, training programs, and conferences to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and stay updated with the latest company offerings.
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and escalations, working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality customer service.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in Multiple Account handling and onboarding
- Understanding, and developing the roadmap to efficient project deliveries,
- Develop, implement, and manage our Financial strategies.
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience in a similar role,
- Master's/ Bachelor's degree in Sales or marketing,
- Excellent communication, multitasking and time-management skills.
