B2B Marketer
Job Responsibilities:
- Email & LinkedIn Marketing: Develop and nurture lead nurturing campaigns across email and LinkedIn platforms to generate and convert leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Lead Generation: Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email, content, social media, paid ads) and optimize the marketing funnel to increase lead conversion rates. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and nurture leads.
- Product Adoption & Enablement: Develop product marketing programs and resources (e.g., user guides, training materials, product demos, case studies, etc) to drive user adoption and product knowledge. Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales enablement tools and training programs. Track product usage data and analyze user behavior to identify areas for improvement and feature adoption.
- Market Strategy & Messaging: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends and identify key differentiators. Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that communicates value propositions to target audiences.
- Content Creation & Management: Create high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, white papers, webinars) across various marketing channels. Manage the product content lifecycle, ensuring all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with current messaging.
- Event Marketing: Build event marketing strategies and help the company position itself as a leading brand in the industry, across the US and EMEA regions. Manage the brand's presence at industry events and conferences.
- Metrics & Analytics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing initiatives (e.g., brand awareness, website traffic, leads generated). Regularly report on product marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in B2B marketing for SaaS companies.
- An MBA from a Tier 1 college - ISB, IIM preferred
- A positive "can-do" attitude, with a desire to extend existing skills and be a problem solver
- Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience on the Hubspot Professional/Enterprise platform. Experience having managed lifecycle stages, creating automation workflows, custom fields, and reporting dashboards to join data tables across multiple objects, email sequences, and lead scoring.
- Experience setting up and executing marketing campaigns to engage, nurture, and acquire enterprise accounts with a multi-touch, cross-channel approach.
- Experience with marketing B2B in the US, and EMEA.
- Experienced in managing industry event sponsorships, webinars, and field marketing activations to engage target accounts and nurture marketing leads into sales opportunities over time.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with customer-facing experience in an enterprise setting as an added advantage.
