As an XR Solutions Associate, you'll provide technical consultation, design tailored XR solutions, and manage client relationships. Pre-sales support, project coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams are key.
Responsibilities:- Technical Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and recommend XR solutions. Provide technical insights and guidance.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Work closely with the solutions team to design and implement XR solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Pre-Sales Support: Assist in pre-sales activities, including preparing proposals, conducting product demos, and addressing technical queries.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful solution deployment.
Requirements:- Educational Background: B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering).
- MBA (Master of Business Administration) preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in XR technologies (Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Mixed Reality).
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) principles.
- Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, C#).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Client-Focused Attitude: Customer-centric approach with a keen interest in understanding client needs.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, project managers).
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and how XR solutions can enhance them.
- Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) and B2B integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Workday).
