Role Description:
As an Associate - Founder's Office, you will play a critical role in analysing and understanding market trends, user behaviour, product, and business performance to drive data-informed decision-making. Your insights and recommendations will contribute to the strategic direction and success of our business. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis to identify key business and products insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret user feedback, customer data, and market research to identify user needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with business, marketing, product managers, designers, and developers to define and refine product requirements, features, roadmaps, sales, and marketing processes.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends, benchmark our products against competitors, and identify areas for differentiation.
- Generate actionable reports and dashboards to communicate product performance, metrics, and KPIs to stakeholders.
- Assist in user testing and usability studies to gather feedback and validate product enhancements.
- Support the product and business teams in conducting A/B tests and experiments to optimize product features, sales, and marketing functions, and user experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to product, business, analysis and user experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in business and product analysis, market research, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, data visualization, and using analytical tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Solid understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Proficient in gathering and interpreting user feedback, conducting surveys, and analyzing user behavior using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for solving problems and improving user experiences.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and usability testing is a plus.
- Experience in the software or technology industry is preferred.
