Job Overview: The Product Manager will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager will also ensure that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals. Key Qualifications: - Prior experience in a fast- growing startup as a senior product manager. - 4+ years of experience in the product domain - Strong Engineering background - A good fit for our culture of ownership, fast- paced, humble, and problem solvers - Track record of identifying big opportunities and working with design, engineering, and marketing to launch differentiated products - Strong consumer product instincts- you intuitively understand why product ideas will succeed - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate with a wide range of team members and job functions - including executives, and to lead through influence across teams - Hands- on experience with prototyping software like Figma, Adobe, sketch, zeplin, etc - Experience in managing a team of APMs/PMs, creating and nurturing product culture, conducting training sessions for inter/intra departments across the organization. - Demonstrated ability to analyze data from a variety of sources, identify key insights, spot optimization opportunities, and inform product decisions, with a bias to action and experimentation - Proven ability to deliver while balancing many priorities and comfort with ambiguity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Managing the entire product roadmap of the company - Mastering ideation, technical development, involvement with the launch of innovative products. - Building a shared vision of the product and communicating it with all relevant stakeholders. - Driving product development, market research, product positioning, and analyzing product success metrics - Guiding the product team towards the shared product vision and in delivering on the KRAs while enabling growth opportunities for the team members and the company Preferred Experience: - Experience with global teams and international product expansion a plus - Experience with XR/Metaverse is a plus - SaaS/B2B preferred
