2. Required Functional Skill Set. Metals Domain Consultant –(Preferably Aluminum)

3. Required Technical Skill Set. PSI Product Knowledge

4. No of Requirements. 1 nos

5. Desired Experience Range. > 12 years

6. Location of Requirement . Onsite – USA

Offhsore- Pune .

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have. -

- Experience of metals manufacturing processes like production / quality/ order management / materials management/ warehouse management etc.

- Preparing agenda and participating in customer meetings for requirement gathering. Customer relationship management

- Expertise in Requirement gathering and functional design for MES projects / major manufacturing IT projects for metals industry

- Experience of creating business flow diagrams

- AS-IS Study and TO-BE Functional blueprinting using MES standards

- Experience of PSI MES product / MES commercial of the shelf products for metals industry

- Understanding of ISA-95 guidelines

- Experience of performing gap-fit analysis with the MES products

- Conducting workshops for requirement gathering, review and requirement validation

- Good analytical & troubleshooting skills

- Good communication – both written and verbal

- Should be self motivated and good team player

- Techno-functional experience in Manufacturing IT Solutions

Good-to-Have.
