Job Summary

A business leader who will be responsible for strategy and operational excellence for the entire branch. To be responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of branch.

Job Description/Key Deliverables

1.- Plan & drive strategies and execution of the entire Branch Operations (Airport & City), Subscribers (Chauffer) Recruitment & Training, Subscriber Relations & Retention, Allocation and Enforcement.

2.- He/She will have to deliver quality services to consumers by ensuring high level of discipline in the subscribers.

3.- He She will be responsible for subscriber hiring, training & orientation plan as per the deployment need for the city.

4.- He/She will work with the maintenance teams in the city to ensure minimal down time of taxis through good maintenance practices. Ensure Plans/Schedules are implemented to constantly monitor vehicular performance.

5.- He/She will manage staffing, performance management and retention strategies for the location.

6.- He/ She will have to ensure high level of satisfaction among the DSE so as to foster retention of existing DSE and have a pipeline of new DSE.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required to successfully perform the job

1.- Experience of handling large scale operations in the Car rental, Fleet, Courier, BPO, logistics, Taxi business or similar businesses and experience in leading multifunctional teams.

2.- Market savvy, with good PR & Communication skills, ability to interact and maintain good relations with chauffeur to protect organization interest is must

3.- Lead and develop a skilled operations team reporting to the role holder.

Internal / External Interactions: Extensively with Both

Internal:- COO, Function Heads at the corporate and local levels in staff and operation functions.

External:- Clients, Vendors, Contractors, Govt. Agencies, local authorities, taxi unions

Experience required [in years]:

Relevant Exp.: (12-15 years) in Operations in any Cab Services/Fleet Operators/Retail/Logistic Companies. Knowledge of English, Hindi & local language (Telugu) is essential. Substantial experience in the Automotive / Logistics Background with large exposure to managing a blue collared subscriber base.

Academic Qualification required: - Preferably MBA graduate (Full Time) from reputed B-Schools

Total Compensation:- 15 lacs to 17 lacs per annum (80:20)

Note :

Experience with 2-3 years from Top - B- Schools (or)

More than 12 years experience in fulltime MBA is preferred

Age Group : 30-35 Years only.
