Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of IT Sales with a strong focus on staff augmentation to drive our sales initiatives and expand our client base.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the IT landscape, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and drive revenue growth in IT staff augmentation.
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture that prioritizes collaboration and achievement.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements to inform sales strategies.
Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target organizations.
Contract Negotiation:
- Oversee the negotiation of contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are favorable for the organization while meeting client needs.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and adjusting strategies as needed.
Collaboration:
o Work closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on service offerings and client satisfaction.
- Customer Advocacy:
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in IT sales, with a strong focus on staff augmentation or professional services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a sales team.
