Merkle Sokrati - AVP - Brand Media

As AVP - Brand Media, you will :

1. Work with the industry leading brands and drive full-funnel marketing strategy for their business growth.

2. Create and deliver on business plans for your client client portfolio across budgeting, reporting, optimization and invoicing

3. Create and deliver for new client pitches with demonstrated strength on client messaging, product communication and competitive landscape based narration.

4. Work with leadership to explain and modify strategic plans

5. Be accountable for Quarterly Business Review meeting and showcase business growth.

6. Be responsible for Team Growth and planning personal development programs for team members.

7. Be a part of dynamic and growing line of business along with ownership of revenue and P&L management.

Qualifications :

- 4-8 years of experience with at least 3 years in the digital media industry. Agency experience is a must. MBA is an advantage, not a rejection criteria.

- Ability to drive strategic discussion with senior client stakeholders.

- Excellent understanding of online media strategy, planning, implementation, and optimizations

- Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to Campaigns Performance objectives, providing a basis for measurement of the digital activities

- Ability to think creatively, and identify, and resolve problems

- Proven experience managing a large team and a fast growing business.
