Roles and Responsibilities
The Manager holds the primary responsibility for driving the client engagements for multiple, advanced, cross-functional analytics projects, for leading the intellectual thought processes within the team, and for ensuring timely execution of these projects. He/She is expected to lead the engagements on a day-to-day basis and take complete responsibility for solving the client problems through application of robust analytical techniques and sound business judgment.
Skill Requirement
- Highly analytical and a structured problem-solving mind-set
- Ability to apply a 80/20 approach to complex and ambiguous problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with a - buck stops here- mindset
- Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent people management skills in effectively guiding the team and managing client relationships
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Working knowledge of ETL tools (SQL, PL/SQL etc.), statistical and analytical programming languages (R, Python, MATLAB etc.) or visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView etc.) is preferable, but not mandatory
