Our crowd sourced, curated and limited window platform will fasten hiring decisions like never before.  We're launching our private beta soon.  Role / Responsibilities:  - Own everything technology at the company - technical architecture, design, performance, security and scalability.  - Build, develop and lead a high performance team of engineers.  Ideal Candidate Description:   - Full stack developer with experience in any of these domains - eCommerce / products / internet.  - Ability to design and build scalable web platforms from scratch is required.  - Adept in Algorithms, Data Structures, UI/UX, Architecture & Agile.  - Well developed analytical and problem solving skills.  - Ability to work with cross-functional teams.  - Good interpersonal and communication skills.  - Strategic thinker who is not willing to get his hands dirty when needed.  - Natural risk taker who believes in challenging the status quo.  - Prior experience in start-ups would be highly preferred but not mandatory.  Qualifications:   - We are looking for an A-player.
