Role:
- Experience in designing cluster marketing campaigns basis data analytics
- Sound understanding of designing the consumer journeys across clusters
- Design, implement and manage all marketing communications with enrolled members via email, SMS, What's app
- Analyse the ongoing trends on enrolment and member transactions and design specific marketing campaigns around it
- Create, manage and deploy customer retention and activation program to drive tertiary sales
- Establish and manage relationships with agency to ensure smooth programme operations.
- Manage program call centre placed at agency sites
Skills Required:
- Loyalty Program's marketing & analytics knowledge
- Technical and Managerial experience in developing & growing a loyalty program
- Customer loyalty programs, an understanding of loyalty principles - RFM analysis
- Excellent internal and external communication skills
- Agency management
- Vendor negotiation
