Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site Branch Manager role located in Chennai at Merino Group.

- The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, developing business strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- The Branch Manager will also be responsible for achieving financial targets and promoting a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

- Leadership, Team Management, and Business Strategy skills

- Financial Management and Customer Satisfaction skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities

- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role
