Essential:
- Experience Profile
- 9 - 12 years sales experience in IT Industry
- At least 6+ years- experience in IT Business solution selling or Business sales consulting or Enterprise solution selling
- IT Sales - Enterprise Solutions Knowledge in US Markets (SAP, Infor, Oracle, Microsoft etc.)
Education:
- Diploma / PGDBM / MBA Marketing OR BE/B Tech
Communication - Fluent oral and written English
- Should be proficient at Power Point preparation & presentation
Proficient In:
- Fueling healthy Pipeline to match the closure target
- Should have exposure to opportunity qualification criteria such as BANT, CHAMP etc.
- Midmarket/Upmarket customer reach & research
- Qualification & pursuing potential opportunities through calling, online research & Webinar campaigns
- Using Digital & Social Platforms to generate leads/ opportunities
- Must have worked on at least USD 200K to USD 500K ticket size
- Clear understanding on Sales Life Cycle of a customer
Customer Connect:
- Must have current operational relationship network demonstrable
- Opportunity Funnel Target
- Generates ideas and defines strategies to achieve quota / target
- Own, Plan & Execute the target
