Position :

As the Director of Branding & Marketing, you will be responsible for designing and developing the Merilytics brand story. The role will focus on brand management, digital and social media management, PR activities, related stakeholder management (internal and external), thought leadership on Branding initiatives, content creation for mass communication, events, and internal communications.

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Define and execute corporate brand strategy, resulting in consistent branding, messaging, and positioning.

- Responsible for elevating the brand presence of Merilytics and its verticals, both internally and externally to a global audience

- Engaging with business verticals and functional areas of the company (such as HR, learning & Development etc.) towards thought leadership on branding, positioning, content creation and communication.

- Lead the team in the development and execution of marketing communications collateral for various distribution channels - internal, reports, articles, videos etc.

- Creating business messaging for PR, Website, social media in different formats (video, static)

- Develop and execute social media content and brand strategy.

- Help design, plan, and execute high-profile events for internal and external purposes, which include employee engagement, community engagement and talent engagement.

- Identifying and engaging with industry bodies for brand visibility through knowledge partnerships, conferences etc.

- Develop high quality vendor network to complement in-house capabilities on Brand development and management.

Pre-requisites and skillsets required to apply for this role:

- 8-15 years of relevant work experience especially in building the brand identity of mid-size organizations, and background in B2B marketing is a plus.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create brand messaging with simple and intuitive communications.

- Proficiency with Email and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

- Excellent project management skills with ability to work on simultaneous projects in a high-paced, rapidly evolving agile environment.

- Team player with an ability to work independently and manage business ambiguities with a self-starter approach.
