Roles and Responsibilities:
- We expect you to focus on providing data analytics solutions and draw insights from clients' Accounting and Financial data. This would involve the following responsibilities:
- Extract, transform and analyze various financial and operational data, from various accounting, finance and business systems
- Develop, enhance and maintain various financial reports that help the senior management of our clients track their business and take strategic decisions
- Analyze trial balance and ledger entries, manage accounts closures and prepare financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement)
- Analyze AR and AP ageing, Bad debt, profitability, and other key financial metrics and draw insights
- Develop budgeting and long-range planning models and track variance with actual performance
- Prepare cash flow and working capital forecasts
- Generate and extract key financial data and reports from the financial data systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Adaptive, GreatPlains etc.
Pre-requisites and skillsets for this role:- Should have B.Com/CA or/and B.Tech + MBA in Finance from top institutions
- Should have 1-5 years' experience in financial planning and analysis functions covering budgeting, planning, management reporting and analysis
- Experience in collaborating with techno functional teams is a plus
- Should be able to use business judgement and a structured approach towards solving complex analytical problems
