M&A -Investment Banking

Job Responsibilities :

- Preparation of marketing materials used in the transactions, including information memorandums, management presentations and pitch books.

- Managing the team of analysts and associates for deal execution.

- Review & Development of various types of financial models for M&A/PE transactions.

- Ensure co-ordination for due diligence, analysis and structuring of live transaction.

- Participate in negotiations and other closure activities.

- Assist Partners with the development of broader strategic initiatives to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities.

Qualifications :

- 2-6 years of relevant experience in Investment banking space or working on the buy side of corporate development teams of IT services companies.

- Should have worked in/closed minimum of 2-3 deals in PE / M&A across sectors. Experience in closure of M&A deals in IT Services space would be viewed positively.

- CA / MBA with relevant years of post-qualification experience.
