Mergers & Acquisitions Role - Big4 - CA

Responsibilities:

M&A :

- Adhering to clients corporate tax compliance requirement as per statute (assessments, filing of returns, etc.)

- Engaging in corporate tax & M&A Tax & restructuring mandates for clients

- Coaching/ developing junior members on the concepts of corporate tax and M&A tax

- Experience in corporate, mergers and acquisitions tax (domestic and international tax)

- Prior experience in tax due diligence would be an added advantage

- Prior basic knowledge of other laws like FEMA and SEBI would be preferred

- Strong people and client management skills

- Possess excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels across the organization

- CA qualified must

- 2 to 3 years exp. required. Freshers with M&A Tax/Regulatory Tax exp. in Article ship may also apply.
