Mergers & Acquisition Analyst (CA - Manufacturing)

- Analyse the financial models and valuation of business to arrive at an acceptable price for the deal and draw consensus on the commercial terms.

- Conduct due diligence and finalise the negotiation.

- Conduct pre-deal planning for merger and acquisition activities.

- Performs integrated revenue/expense analysis.

- Develops projections, reports, and presentations of the impact of a merger/acquisition on the organization.

- Performs financial forecasting and modeling.

- Prepares required documentation. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings.

- Assists with project management activities. Develop the necessary transactional and legal documents.

- Leverage on relationships and networks with existing clients and to originate deals.

- Manage closing activities.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA with 2-4 Years of Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions within a Manufacturing Environment.

2. A critical, detail-oriented thinker who can quickly evaluate and analyse companies and financial information and master new tasks quickly.

3. Excellent quantitative, writing and communication skills.

4. Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

5. Ability to work effectively with senior professionals in an engagement team.

6. Demonstrated leadership experience and strong personal integrity.

7. Commitment to obtaining outstanding results.
