Merger & Acquisition Role - CA

- To provide the required support in performing activities in financial modeling/valuation/ analysis for transaction advisory, investments, restructuring, M&A and valuation work at global level.

- A solid understanding of Financials, Modelling concepts, Valuations, M&A, Business Analytics.

- Prepare power point presentations.

- Carry out a scenario analysis to determine the risk that a business might be exposed to, based on different factors.

- Ensuring implementation of processes to improve budget and preparation of the company's forecasts.

- Identifying the risks faced by a business, both financial and non-financial, and curate a mitigation strategy for the same.

- To update the financial models as and when required at different time periods.

- Carry out company valuations, capital structure study, and comparable companies' analysis.

- Conduct thorough financial analysis to support corporate finance initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments.

- Utilize financial data to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities for the organization.
