Merger & Acquisition Analyst - Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial analysis on potential M&A opportunities.

- Assist in the due diligence process, analyzing target company financials, operations, and industry trends.

- Prepare detailed financial models to assess the impact of potential M&A transactions.

- Support the valuation process for target companies.

- Assist in conducting market research and industry analysis.

Required Qualifications:

- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory.

- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.

- Proficiency in conducting due diligence and financial research.

- Excellent understanding of valuation methodologies.

- Ability to interpret and analyze complex financial statements.

- Solid understanding of M&A processes and deal structuring.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
