Job Objective : To manage Team of Inside Sales & generate Revnue
Job Summary:
- Responsible for achieving sales goals. Manages, coaches and develops a team enabling achievement of assigned goals and career progression.
- Provides line of sight into business performance through forecasting, reporting and pipeline management. Operates with fiscal responsibility.
Primary Job Responsibility :
- Responsible for achieving assigned sales goals
- Executes short and long-term growth strategy for assigned markets and product areas
- Analyzes account performance, market opportunity and other data to identify short-term growth opportunities
- Develops scripts, campaigns and other programs to support the achievement of sales goals
- Manages a regular cadence of internal meetings and processes to ensure effective and efficient execution of account and program based sales activities
- Analyzes team performance and identifies opportunities to optimize
- Recruits and maintains a talent pipeline
- Manages and coaches a team of direct reports including managers, individual contributors and overlay support
- Resolves team oriented escalations (e.g. sales credit, pay discrepancies and others)
- Reports to management
Basic Requirements :
- Candidate should have end to end inside sales experience (Minimum 5 years)
- Candidate should be minimum science graduate
- Candidate must have experience of working in Life Science / Chemical company as Inside sales professional
- Should have team handling experience
