- To have the budgeted number of Relationship Officers and also ensure that they are trained in all the aspects of Relationship Management.
- Regular Beat Plan/Visitation plan to merchants basis the category by the Relationship Officers and Self.
- Key merchants to be managed by the Merchant Relationship Manager directly.
- To ensure that the Merchants are transacting on the terminals and are active.
- Increase in Wallet Share of our Business from Shared Counters.
- To Upsell Value Added Products creating stickiness & generating revenue
- To Upsell Additional TIDs with rentals
- To Cross Sell other Bank products to the merchants viz., CASA, General Insurance/Credit Cards/Fixed Deposits/Loan products etc. Which in turn creates stickiness and generates revenue.
- To resolve customer queries/issues without escalation
- To provide Customer Delight
