Merchant Banking Role

Responsibilities:

- Execution for all merchant banking assignment (including Mergers & Acquisitions, IPO, Rights Issue, delisting, open offer, buy back, ESOP, structuring, etc).

- Correspondences / Interaction with regulatory authorities, e.g. SEBI, Stock Exchanges, RBI, etc

- Due Diligence, drafting of offer document / prospectus, public announcements and agreements

- Preparation and maintenance of various data base required for analytical purpose

- Preparation of financial model and information memorandum

- Excellent oral and written communication skills with clarity of thought, speech and expression.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Good Analytical Skills.

Skills:

- Merchant Banking with capital market transactions

- Sound knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI LODR

- Drafting capabilities, Presentation & communication skills

- Proficiency in MS office

- mandatory having worked in Merchant Banking/Investment Banking firm.

- Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services

Education: CA/CS
