Responsibilities (non-conclusive):
Launch Planning:
- Creating the POS Activation vision for all NPDs
- Retro-planning to ensure that all launch POSM is executed in-store according to launch plan
- Strong shopper understanding and implementing targeted promotions
- Creating merchandising guidelines and tools for the merchandiser and sales teams
Innovation Projects:
- Creating & implementing disruptive POS innovation/concepts in GT & MT
- Plan innovative & cost effective POSM for different store formats in GT
Merchandising:
- Implementing Global POS Guidelines and adapting them to local needs, when required
- Tracking visibility execution in Modern Trade accounts with the sales team
Required Qualification:
- Education: Graduate in any principle.
- Degree / Diploma in Business Management or related subject preferred
- 5-8 years- experience in Sales
- PC Know-how: Good MS-Office skills
