Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day to day work management of activities on Ops. Floor.
- Own Accountability by being able to help teams troubleshoot issues in processes as Domain SME.
- Call out risk areas and implement mitigation strategies. Effective communication of all risks and collaborate with on shore in de-risking delays and quality issues.
- Creating and analyzing the workflow reports from Survey tools for the Onshore team to deliver the analyzed survey data to end clients.
- Developing people through constant feedback, coaching, career pathing at first level & monthly one on ones.
- Drive Process improvements & initiatives across team & leverage best practices across team.
- Define, delegate and monitor employee engagement activities
- Process level communication calendar: to communicate with Associate level stakeholder at Onshore at monthly/weekly frequency, monthly dashboard calls, one to one connects to build strong client relationship
- Drive the standard employee measurement factors like KRAs, Mentoring and Project SLAs.
- Effective/Accurate reporting of key metrics
Skills Required:
- Prior experience in Order Management, Order Entry and Order to Cash (O2C) domain
- People management experience (12 to 15 Direct Reports)
- Effective interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Positive attitude & ability to adapt ever-changing environment
- Problem solving & decision making skills
- Strong multi- tasking skills
- Ability to multitask across various deliverables
- Good at organizing data and provide information to all stakeholders
- Good with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Should be adaptable, Flexible and intuitive.
Shift Timing- 17.30 Hrs to 2.30 Hrs
