This involves researching and understanding client context  - Analyzing available data and preparation of project related documents and status reports  - Designing and implementing solutions by coordinating with the project and client teams with the objective of enhancing talent effectiveness and performance within the program schedule.  Essential Job Responsibilities :  Note: These statements are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and duties.  Responsibility :  Solution Design :   Tasks :   - Interact with client to understand client requirements  - Research material on the client organization to understand the context and requirement  - Apply analytical thinking to gain deeper understanding and identify key requirements or gaps  - Prepare an outline of the recommended solution; Validate the recommended solution with the Project manager  Performance Indicators :   - Client Satisfaction Score / Feedback  % of time spent 35% :  Project Management and Delivery :  Tasks :   - Independently deliver solutions across the suite of Rewards Consulting (Position Evaluations, Competency Frameworks, Career Architecture, Compensation Plan Design, Engagement Surveys etc.) within the project schedule (typical project size ~ INR12,00,000 to 15,00,000). Work as a member of a team in large projects  - Create a project plan based on the scope of work agreed with the client; Seek sign-off from the Project Manager and client project team on the plan; Schedule meetings with client points of contact as required per the project plan; Monitor and report progress against deliverables to the client and project team on an ongoing basis; Escalate any delays in the delivery of key milestones to the Project Manager  - Make presentations to the client on the recommended solution; Modify the solution as per recommendations shared by client  - Liaise with Finance and raise invoices on a timely basis based on agreed deliveries; Track payments for the project on an ongoing basis  Performance Indicators :   - Adherence to Project Plan and Schedule  - On-time invoicing  - Collections  % of time spent 35% :  Support in Business Development :  Tasks :   - Create proposals for prospective clients; Interact with clients for preliminary information; Modify proposals as required  - Support Consultants in coordinating with points of contact at the client to set up meetings  Performance Indicators:   - Turn-around time for proposal submission  Quality of proposal-writing 20% :  Client Relationship Management :  Tasks :   - Interact with clients (with minimal support) for seeking information, discussing deliverables and setting up meetings as part of the project deliverables  - Build a strong working relationships with clients and establish self as a key point of contact  Performance Indicators :   - Client feedback 10%  TOTAL: 100% :  POSITION SCOPE :  - Revenue generation / asset management accountability Individual revenue accountability (i.e., personal revenue goal) Support the team is achieving over all targets  - Team revenue accountability (i.e., total revenue for team(s) under the position's management)   - Project management (i.e., indirect management of project teams)  Knowledge, Skills And Abilities :  Education : Post Graduate from a Premier B-School with a specialization in Human Resources Preferred  Experience : 3-5 years  - Knowledge and skills (general and technical) Human Resources, experience/expertise in Compensation & Benefit.
