Business trainings - Learning Projects, New Hire Trainings, Functional / Domain trainings
- Ability to insert in the business, develop a deep understanding of the business and collaborate with SMEs
- Translate the client's business requirements into training needs and subsequently into the training systems design and articulate it to the team with the help of suitable model.
- Ability to deep dive into the technical & functional aspects of business to ensure a robust learning framework is deployed to keep knowledge is upto date
- Understand the knowledge management framework for managing and sustaining knowledge - includes SOP documentation, remediation and refresher programs
- Deploy instructional approaches to reinforce performance-oriented learning by including blended learning solutions, simulations and experiential learning in curriculum.
- Willingness to be hands-on in getting the work done as needed and able to identify, leverage and manage resources from multiple sources, including the business, to get the work done.
- Stay abreast of training and development research: organizational development, learning theory, motivation theory, new materials, methods, and techniques
Knowledge transitions
- Partner with Transition team and Ops through the discovery till successful Go Live for successful knowledge transition of new processes/new domain set ups at GOSS
- Create KT detailed plan (internal training, external training, SME needs during external training, shadow-reverse shadow plan with milestones for assessment)
- Ensure training coverage is appropriate, call out gaps, liaise with SMEs to ensure sessions are conducted to cover gaps
- Continuous monitoring, tracking and reporting of progress across training stage
Content Creation & Delivery
- Partners with the business to preempt learning requirements for key audience using robust training needs assessment approach
- Develops appropriate training programs to address capability or skill gaps, leads content customization for programs selected
- Leverages available resources ( global and internal ), Subject matter experts, vendor relationships to evaluate and develop a best in class learning solution
- Delivers training programs for selected topics for key capabilities- functional/ technical/ behavior
Planning & Training administration
- Well versed with Project management skills to plan, monitor and report status of learning projects & initiatives
- Experience in using LMS and Sharepoint
- Use learning analytics to derive meaningful insights from learning data
