The role is responsible for independently managing a client project(s), from planning to closure as well as developing business in the area of Rewards Consulting in the country. This involves understanding client requirements and creating an approach to address the client requirements; Creation of the project plan to meet the desired outcomes; Assessment of resources required for delivery of the outcomes as per the project plan; estimating effort, costs and poten tial quote. Monitoring progress and taking the project to closure with the help of the project team.   Project Management  Tasks:   - Responsible for independently managing and delivering solutions across the suite of Rewards Consulting (Position Evaluations, Competency Frameworks, Career Architecture, Compensation Plan Design, Engagement Surveys etc.) for the client within the project schedule (typical project size ranging from INR 20,00,000 to INR 40,00,000)  - Work with Rewards Consulting Analyst/s to create a project plan based on the scope of work agreed with the client; Review the project plan and seek sign-off from the Business Leader and client project team; Present the project plan to the client team and modify as required; Monitor and report progress against deliverables to the client and project team on an ongoing basis; Escalate any delays in the delivery of key milestones to the Lead Consultant/ Business Leader  - Analyze business performance (revenue, utilization etc.) and negotiate project scope, timelines, fees as required with the client; Voice changes to the plan as required  - Manage scope creeps and escalate to Business Leader in case of an impact to the project delivery schedule; Modify project plan based on changes agreed with the client   - Liaise with Finance and raise invoices on a timely basis based on agreed deliveries; Track collections for the project on an ongoing basis   Performance Indicators:   - Adherence to Project Plan and Schedule  - Utilization   - On-time invoicing  - Collections  Business Development  Tasks:   - Engage independently with prospective clients and identify opportunities to pursue; Understanding their requirements and leverage Mercer's expertise in recommending solutions  - Work with project team and Business Leader in preparing and submitting a proposal; Make presentations to the client and modify proposal as required  - Connect with the relevant individuals at the client team to pursue the prospective opportunity through to a deal  - Continue to engage with the client on an ongoing basis  Performance Indicators:   - # of new clients  - Actual sales  - Conversion rate  Solution Design  Tasks:   - Understand client requirements based on meetings and discussions with clients  - Research material on the client organization to understand the context and requirement  - Apply analytical thinking to gain deeper understanding and identify key requirements or gaps  - Prepare an outline of the recommended solution; Review the recommended solution with the Business Leader; Present recommended solution to the client and modify  Performance Indicators:   - Client Satisfaction Score / Feedback  Client Relationship Management   Tasks:   - Builds strong working relationships with prospective and existing clients and engages on a regular basis with key individuals in the client organization   - Independently interacts with client teams regarding project deliverables and reviewing progress  - Actively reaches out to prospective clients for business development; Sets up initial meetings to showcase Mercer's capabilities and understand client context; Pursues opportunities independently and identifies scope for partnership  Performance Indicators:   - Client feedback  - # of new clients added (Blue and Green Sheet)  People Management  Tasks:   - Supervises a team of Analysts (1-2 resources); Defines goals for the team and provides guidance and support in meeting the goals; Provides feedback on a regular basis; Plans development of the team members  Performance Indicators:   - Team performance   - Team engagement  - Team attrition  Education :- Post Graduate from a Premier B-School with a specialization in Human Resources  Experience:-7-9 years  Knowledge and skills (general and technical):Human Resources; Organizational Development; Project Management; Business Development
