- Create & update job descriptions
- Conduct interviews
- Meticulously complete the paperwork as per the timelines
- Take ownership to fill the roles within the set TAT & be able to change gears if the existing hiring channels are not bearing results
- Regular connect with the stakeholders (hiring managers) & share real time status in the open roles
- Leverage Social Media & networking for sourcing profiles
- Innovative in using cost effective channels to recruit like referrals, Direct Walkin etc
- Assess candidates effectively basis the skills needed
- Be able to conduct market study on the available talent pool & keep the stakeholders abreast with the same
- Learn & apply HR recruiting best practices
- Maintain robust & real time MIS on all the roles being managed
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Build in-depth knowledge of the industry & competition in which you recruit
Required qualifications and skills
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- 5-7 years of proven experience in full cycle recruitment - Technical & Non-Technical Roles
- Flexibility to travel to other locations (Mumbai)
- Proficient in MS excel, MS Powerpoint
- Excellent oral & written communication skills and strong presentation skills
- Good interpersonal, influencing & negotiation skills (stakeholder management, client interaction)
- Experience in using Workday will be an added plus
