Responsibilities:

- Train & manage the sales team

- Own the sales results for the Hyderabad region

- Conduct stringent review of each team member

- Help identify prospects & close them

- Give constant feedback on what we can do to improve sales

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree

- 5+ years of sales experience

- Strong work ethic and communication skills

- 2+ Years managerial experience

- MBA is bonus
