The Strategy & Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in planning the project executions of the Decor vertical to ensure Great Customer Experience along with maximizing the Profit margins.

JOB SCOPE:

- Develop the Pricing Strategy for the Decor vertical across cities to achieve optimal Conversion and Margins

- Lead a team of Associates and plan for Decor project executions by creating the Bill of Material, plan the sourcing of materials, Vendor management etc.

- Work along with Sales, Procurement, Execution & Warehouse teams to ensure successful project execution and great customer experience

- Build and maintain vendor relations to ensure reliable sourcing of materials and optimize for cost

- Responsible for planning and utilization of Inventory for peak and non peak seasons in context of the weddings industry

- Lead and mentor a team of associates and coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience (2 - 4 yrs) in Operations or Strategy management

- Experience of leading small to medium sized teams is preferred

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or any other field is a must. MBA degree in Operations or related fields is preferred

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and disciplines
