Job Description:
- End to end selling: from cold calling/emailing, to aligning qualified meetings, to conducting meetings, to closing deals and key account management after.
- First 8-12 months will be an IC role, basis performance, a team of SDRs/Inside Sales Reps will be built to manage the setting of qualified meetings piece.
- Acquiring, Retaining and Growing Mentoria's Corporate Partners.
- Delivering monthly and quarterly revenue goals through corporate partners.
- Building a strong corporate brand for Mentoria.
- Outgoing & Creative ways of reaching the corporate world to build a sales pipeline.
- Ability to create innovative Approach/Concept Note & Client Proposals.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to build & maintain excellent long term relationships with customers.

Education & Experience:
- Experience range of 3 - 7 years of B2B selling experience.

- Experience in Service / Project / Consultative selling.
