Want to build India's largest and most delighted community of career counsellors and micro-entrepreneurs in the career guidance space? India has 1.

4 million lesser career counsellors than it should given the demand for career guidance across students and working professionals.

Solve this problem with us.

We're looking for sales super stars.

Understanding their top career challenges and introducing the most relevant solutions from the Mentoria suite of #CareerReady products

- Moving clients down the sales funnel to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals

- Educating customers on the importance of career guidance and mentorship

- Profitable revenue growth through upselling and referrals

Responsibilities:

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives

- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Requirements and skills:

- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

- Proven sales track record

- Experience in customer support is a plus

- Proficiency in English

- Market knowledge

- Communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build rapport

- Time management and planning skills
