Essential Qualifications: You should be an Engineering Graduate and Masters in Business Management.
Job Profile: The incumbent working as Mentor will be heading respective vertical.
The work necessitates understanding the client requirement and develop solution architect by taking innovation and global practices into account. As a Mentor, you would steer the team to and deliver superior solution in time bound manner.
Engagement Format: Work from Home or office as per business need.
Compensation: The team engaged in project would be sharing 1/3rd to 2/3 rd of profit derived from a project.
Aptitude Requirement:
- Ability to identify root causes, recommend solutions and solve problems creatively.
- Strong business sense and deep understanding of the quantitative foundations of functional management.
- Ability to translate scientific insights into decisions and workable solution.
- Knowledge and experience in business analytics software such as SAS, R, Python and Tableau.
- Knowledge and experience of statistical tools such as regression, prediction analysis, and Monte Carlo simulation is desirable.
- Knowledge and experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM etc. is desirable.
