- Executive / Assistant Manager to support our distribution and logistics operations.

Position Summary:

- The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing critical functions such as CFA management, sales order processing, inventory management, billing, and compliance.

- The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in MS Excel, experience in the pharma industry (preferably multinational), and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

CFA Operations Management:

- Oversee CFA performance and ensure timely, accurate product dispatch.

- Manage CFA-related queries and provide solutions.

- Conduct stock reconciliations and audits, ensuring compliance with internal SOPs and regulations.

- Process monthly CFA claims and manage product destruction per company policies.

Sales Order Processing:

- Manage sales orders, particularly special rate/price orders, ensuring they are processed and released in compliance with approval criteria.

- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate order and sales closure processes.

Sales Data Compilation & MIS:

- Aggregate and analyze sales data to identify key trends and performance metrics.

- Provide analysis of market returns (expiry/breakage) to top management.

Pricing Management:

- Collaborate with pricing teams to implement pricing and MRP strategies.

- Ensure timely implementation of pricing updates at the product/batch level.

S&D Module (Pharmanet Software):

- Manage and ensure efficient use of the Sales and Distribution module within Pharmanet Software.

- Ensure that the system is updated and operational for sales and operations teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 4-6 years in the Pharma industry (preferably multinational pharma).

- Skills: CFA Operations, Sales Order Management, Billing System Management, Data Analytics, MIS Reporting, Strong proficiency in MS Excel, and handling of Pharmanet Software.

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.

- Knowledge: Import/export processes (added advantage).
