- Contribute to developing the organization's sales strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
- Support marketing strategy in increasing brand awareness. To achieve membership numbers & revenue goals by efficient contribution to the development and execution of sales plan.
- Ensure member engagement through frequent interaction with members. Consistently strategize on new member acquisition.
- Utilize business analytics to determine customer segment, segmented sales strategy, and customer acquisition strategy.
- Capability building and succession planning of Direct reports and understand their career needs
