We are looking for professionals who have the conviction and ability, to collaborate with decision makers, movers and shakers, with equal ease, and influence their decision, towards becoming members with our client, which is a luxury brand in the private members' club space.
The key responsibilities include -
- Execute membership growth strategies to achieve membership expansion goals
- Develop relationships with CXOs of leading corporates, high profile achievers and decision makers, who have been invited to the membership
- Maintain an ongoing relationship with selected existing members and obtain referrals from our highly satisfied and loyal membership community
- Build a steady and healthy pipeline of prospects and leads
- Follow and analyse major events, changes and dynamics in the industry to be able to hold a meaningful and knowledgeable conversation with prospective members.
- Use the power of our highly customized CRM suite, to stay on top of the lead pipeline, analyse trends and pre-formatted reports to achieve success
- Be aware of the competition, and their offerings and be prepared with answers to probable questions from prospective members, thus highlighting the advantage of our Club over competition.
- Report on market intelligence, competitive offerings, prospect needs etc to the leadership team.
