Key Outputs:
- Manage Commercial & Retail deals & transactions. This will involve leasing as well as outright transactions.
- Developing relationships with IPC and brokers for Business Development purpose
- Visiting Corporates, institutions, retailers for generating demand
- Corporate Marketing to tap corporate client for generating deals.
- Achieve targets for oneself and team.
- Taking care of inspections and closing deals
- Monitoring Sales/ Marketing/ Operations
- Develop and maintain client relationship, enable smooth coordination to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
- Negotiation/Deal finalization & monitoring day to day activity to ensure proper documentation related to deal.
- Responsible for collection & receivable
- Sales & Marketing Closure: Prospecting, structure deals, including valuation and negotiation; monitor financial performance of signed deals, troubleshoot problems; ensure legal agreements the commercials; coordinate with concerned teams; perform due diligence, achieve Trimester and Annual Targets, and investigate Exits.
- Relationship Management: Maintain relationship with key position holders of existing and prospective clients. Maintain regular touch with customers to add value to existing relationships - creative ideas, new thoughts etc.
- Industry & Market Intelligence: Keep abreast with developments of the sector and create opportunities for Brand Capital - Should be aware of market dynamics and analyze and assess opportunities, threats, and solutions. Be part of corporate strategic initiatives to start new products/businesses, grow existing ones, thought leadership, ideas.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
- MBA in business administration, sales, marketing, or relevant field
Additional Preferred:
- Candidates working in Realty/Real Estate firms handling commercial sector.
- Candidates handling deal structuring for commercial real estate segment/ could also be from KPO handling real estate / backend operations)
Skills/Knowledge:
- Proven working experience as a Sales and Marketing, sales or a relevant role.
- Proven sales & marketing track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus Financial Knowledge on Profitability etc.
- Excellent Communication Skills Verbal and Written
Experience:
- Should have worked extensively for 12-15 years in marketing and business development with real Estate developer.
