Manager - Projects (Digital Transformation)

- Responsible for initiating and implementing digital transformation programs according to the strategic objective/priorities of the organization.

- Responsible for driving implementation by managing technology partners

- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors. In charge of mapping out integration dependencies for API development

- Cross-functional collaboration with different functions, strategic partners, doctors, leadership team and other stakeholders in the hospital for successful adoption

- Responsible for planning the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones, and processes.

- Responsible for the strong internal communication with stakeholders for the prompt updates on the progress of strategic digital transformation projects.

- Responsible for the assessment of Project updates, Risks, and overall contract management for various projects.

- Responsible to discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people.

- Ensure the program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.

- Responsible for Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance

- Responsible to take new projects /initiatives /assignment (Periodically) as per organizational environment

Desired Candidate :

- B. Tech/MBA from Top Colleges / Premium Universities with strong academics

- 8+ Years of experience. Relevant experience in healthcare will be preferred.

- Proven experience as Technology application lead from Healthcare/Hospital Domain

- Proven experience as program manager with strong program management skills.

- Excellence knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics.

- Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting.

- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (MS project, Visio, Power Point, Advance excel etc)

- A business acumen with strategic ability.

- Excellent Organizational and Leadership skills

- Excellent Communications skills (Written and Oral)

- Process Orientation and Strong attention to details

- Strong Analytics Ability.

- Team building Ability & Strong People Management

- Proven record of project management/program management in healthcare with PMP certification and good attitude/ learning orientation.
