- Exposure to Lead Agro sales team to achive top line and bottom line target
- Lead a team of 100 + indirect and 10 + direct repotees
- Identifying the potential and managed Agro business goowth
- Develop new clients & business verticals along with handling existing clients' relations & managing the supply chain for the large product portfolio of the Agrochemicals business
- Report to CBO, create the technology development culture, and work closely with the CBO.

- Manage external relations to review and advise on contracts with major vendors and customers.
- Representing the organization as the top executive personnel. Report to the board of directors and CBO.
- Led the team, including agribusiness liquidation, and sustained efforts, resulting in strong financials.
- Grew customer base, marching forward aggressively with new record heights on financial charts.
- Evaluate the reporters maintained database, documentation, and coordination with logistics for dispatches.
- Evaluate existing operations & current market trends to identify necessary improvements and capitalize on changes.
- Utilized effective marketing techniques to increase brand recognition.
