Job Description:

General Manager ITFAQ India

The position requires you to be involved in multiple facets of the management of a small company.

The GM reports to our COO, VP - Sales and CEO.

Product Development:

- Ensure high level coordination and performance of the development teams.

- Through interactions with Team leaders: Regular verification of projects progress for on time, quality and within budget delivery

- Support team leaders in setting-up office and IT infrastructure (sw and hw) to meet the needs of the development teams so they have the optimal environment to deliver projects.

Legal and administrative:

- Maintain the legal status of the company through your interaction with local authorities, lawyers, chartered accountants when required;

- Regularly report any legal or administrative issues to COO, VP-Sales and CEO.

Budgeting and accounting:

- Produce a yearly and monthly budget forecast which includes all planned expenses and revenues;

- In collaboration with the accountant establish account receivable and account payable processes;

- Make sure to produce the yearly certified financial reports.

Human Resources Management:

- Establish a human resource plan for your office:

- Training sessions (to set-up in collaboration with team leaders) ;

- Hiring employees;

- Evaluate performance of teams / team members.

- Ensure payment of employee salaries (through Admin Manager);

- Maintain good working relationship with employees and overall company motivated;

- Manage any issues that may arise.

Executive Management reporting:

- Once a week provide a full activity report to COO (written and through meeting);

- Once a month report to board on the progress of the company (written and through meeting).

Experience/Requirements:

Looking for someone who can join immediately ! or in a very short period of time!

- Recognized University degree in IT / Computer science - (MBA a plus);

- Total of 15 years professional experience, of which 5 years as a Developer or Devops or Product Owner;

- 10 years in a leadership position in an IT focused position;

- Strong leadership qualities;

- Experience in an Agile environment;

- Deployment of agile methodology;

- Highly organized;

- Strong work ethics;

- Good interpersonal skills;

- Proactive nature;

- Result oriented.

- Language: fluent in English and Gujarati
