At Meesho, we are building for Bharath. As the Seller Growth & Success team, we play a key role in Meesho's objectives. We work in collaboration with the Product, Business, and Fulfillment teams to drive strategic goals. You will also present findings and updates to the CEO and other senior leaders on a regular basis. Making an impact with data-backed innovative solutions is key to success in this role. You will work with multiple stakeholders and constantly brainstorm ways to improve processes to raise the bar of experiences for our users.
About the role:
- As a Senior Business Associate, you will help solve some of the key problem areas or identify new opportunity areas in the Seller Growth & Success team. For example building strategy and implementation roadmaps for penetrating a particular geography, problem-solving for increasing penetration of a particular category, improving assortment or improving seller experience on Meesho, building a new acquisition channel for the company, etc.
- You will think 10X while autonomously taking full control and responsibility for hitting business OKRs. This role provides opportunities to develop problem-solving skills and long-term solution-development skills.
What you will do:
- Own end-to-end problem-solving of your workstream
- Identify new 10X opportunities for driving seller growth & success on Meesho
- Collaborate with Product & Operations to deliver on the defined business objectives
- Drive competitive research, data discovery & analysis, first principles and hypotheses test owning both strategy formulation and execution
- Present detailed problem definitions and solution to senior leadership and execute the solutions
What you will need:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline is required from premier institutes(good to have MBA)
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Strategy & Analytics with a consulting or high-growth startup background
- Structured problem-solving with good communication skills and ability to develop first principle thinking
- Ability to translate solutions and insights from data into clear actionable.
- Proven experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment.
- Data-driven with good Excel & SQL skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (within the company)
- Enthusiastic about learning new skills and solving challenging problems
