About the Role: As Manager - Operations, you will own solving some of the key problem areas, identifying new opportunity areas and maintaining BAU for some of our key seller constructs that has a platform level impact. You will be managing a team of TLs, AMs and external agencies to ensure that the org KRs are met. Cross pod functionality will be key here you will be working closely with multiple stakeholders for each of the constructs to achieve the common goals. You will think 10X while autonomously taking full control and responsibility for hitting business OKRs. This role provides opportunities to develop problem-solving skills, and long-term solution-development skills. In this role, you will work in the Seller Growth team of Meesho.
